🏡 House Rules — Please Read Carefully We want everyone to have a wonderful stay! To keep things smooth for all guests and to respect our cleaners, wildlife, and neighborhood, please follow these rules: 🕒 Check-out Time     •    Check-out is by 10:00 AM sharp.     •    Unapproved late check-outs will incur a fee of $15 every 15 minutes past 10:00 AM, charged immediately.     •    If you’d like a later check-out, please request it the night before and we’ll let you know if it’s possible. 🐾 Pets     •    Maximum: 2 well-behaved dogs. No cats, other animals, or puppies under 1 year.     •    Extra dogs beyond the 2-dog limit must be removed from the property immediately, or a fee of $100 per extra dog per night will be charged.     •    Pet fee: $22 per pet, per night.     •    Dogs must stay off furniture, be leashed outdoors, and cleaned up after. We provide dog bags, paw wipes, and a towel. 👥 Guests     •    Maximum: 8 guests total.     •    If the number of guests exceeds what was listed at booking (ex: you said 2 guests but bring 6 extra):     •    A fee of $25 per extra guest, per night will be charged immediately.     •    We reserve the right to ask unregistered guests to leave. 🧹 Cleanliness & Respect     •    No shoes in the house (mountain mud & sap damage our carpet).     •    Report broken items immediately (even if you found them broken).     •    Clean up after yourself; put things back where you found them. 🚭 No Smoking / No Fires     •    No smoking, vaping, or campfires anywhere on the property.     •    Violations will result in an additional cleaning fee. 🚽 Septic System     •    Only flush toilet paper and human waste — no wipes, hygiene products, or “flushable” items. 🗑 Trash     •    Place all trash in the bear-proof bin at the top of the driveway, close securely, and put the flag up before leaving. 👶 Children     •    Must be supervised by adults at all times, especially on the decks.     •    No children behind the closed basement/laundry door. 🐻 Wildlife Safety     •    Do not leave food or drinks outside or in your vehicle.     •    We’re not responsible for damages caused by wildlife. ✨ Our Shared Values If you open it, close it. If you use it, care for it. If you move it, put it back. About Us

Hi there! We are Daniel and Valerie and the owners and hosts of Blissful Pines. We have two small boys and live in the Central Valley, not too far from the cabin. We love to spend time in the Sierras in our free time. As you can imagine, the cabin house is our boys' favorite getaway. In the Summer of 2022 we were on the hunt for a charming cabin home in the Arnold area with the purpose of sharing it with other families as a getaway home. Our dream was to create a space that families could go to to relax, grow closer, and adventure together. We have already made many family memories of our own here and are happy to share our piece of mountain paradise with you and yours! Many families have had the opportunity to stay here and a lot of them love to come back for repeat trips! We have maintained Super host status on Airbnb for the past two years and our home is rated in the top 1% of homes on Airbnb.
